Pain. High merge velocity can coincide with skipped review depth—especially when automation approves quickly. The board needs a lightweight vigilance cue, not shame copy or scores about the operator.
What changed. A silent-acceptance vigilance badge marks events where acceptance landed without the dissent or review signals the schema expects, so “green board” still shows where attention might have been thin.
Why it matters. Trust-calibration analysis compares outcomes to process evidence. The badge creates a negative control-style flag for merges that looked clean in headline status but thin on reviewer texture.
